HRM Relocates Corporate Offices to Oswego

OSWEGO- The Oswego Economic Development Corporation announced today that HRM Properties & Development, LLC, and Masoncorp, have relocated their corporate offices to Oswego. HRM is a commercial development and property management company with projects in Kendall, DuPage, Lake, Lasalle, and Will counties. Masoncorp provides construction management services. Harold, Rebecca and Mason Oliver are the principals of this family-owned business.

“We are proud to relocate our corporate offices to Oswego” said CEO Harold Oliver. “Since we launched Mason Square in 1996, we have continued to make significant investments in this community.”

HRM’s projects in Oswego include Mason Square, and Mason Square Executive Center, a large commercial and office center at Route 34 and Douglas Road; Xander Crossing, a 20-acre commercial center at Route 34 and Orchard Road; and Alexander Square, a $33 million mixed-use redevelopment project in downtown Oswego. Alexander Square is a joint venture with Property Concepts, Inc.
