OEDC Presents 2009 Vision Awards at Annual Meeting

OSWEGO- The Oswego Economic Development Corporation presented its annual Vision Awards at the 2009 OEDC Annual Meeting. The awards are presented each year to recognize new projects for the economic impact to the community and/or the design or redevelopment of the site or the facility. In addition, an annual corporate citizen award is presented to an OEDC partner that demonstrates an extraordinary on-going commitment to the community by providing financial and volunteer support for local programs and service organizations.

“This is the seventh year that the OEDC has presented Vision Awards at our annual meeting” said OEDC Chairman Mike Schoppe. “It is important that we recognize those businesses that enhance the local economy and the quality of life of our community.”
